Over the weekend of July 16, half a dozen Song of Life leaders and volunteers gathered with Rev. Ron to review our children’s and youth ministries and brainstorm ministry plans for the new year. Our thanks to everyone who participated in this important event! Rev. Ron shared a summary in worship, and we’ll continue to share updates as we work to improve our children’s and youth ministries!
As Ron shared in worship yesterday, both our children’s and youth ministries will focus on helping our young members to develop relationships. In addition, our children’s ministry will work to help children build a foundation for faith, while our youth ministry will endeavor to help youth claim the faith for themselves.
There was a lot of exciting conversation during our retreat that will positively influence our planning and ministries. We hope you will continue to keep them in your prayers!
